Well, if you're wondering how I did this, just read over this... Ok first off i found people with rares around my level to partake in my "pk video".. I would say that I would give them some kind of reward (zammy plate..450k..etc) I would ask them to 1 item with there rare (so they could not possibly lose it ;]) Then they would head out to the wildy with me with there rare on i would take them to a decent non-populated spot...get them to really low hp (like 6 or so),then drop 4 noted rune plate bodies. i would stall them for a little while like saying stuff like "hold on let me get my camera ready" or "dangit wheres the record button- brb stay here"--stuff like that. then after some stalling the rune plates appeared on their screen, and most people just pick them up lol. BUT! the high alchemy reward for a santa is like 200 gp and the high alchemy reward for a phat; h'ween is about 4 coins. so pretty much anything is worth more than them which means when they die they keep the plates- not the rares!!

This works I've done this, got 2 santas from it, it's good. However I suspect Jagex is going to bring along some updates to combat luring/macroing. But, a great lure.

ya :p the bad thing is level 70's and 80's don't have rares anymore :{

Agree, but after the update people will be getting more money, more ways.

also before you lure anyone with rares make sure it isn't lended!

Don't worry cos Jagex is gonna do sumthing with the lending system, they don't want lended stuff to go into wildy. So you won't have to worry about that.
