I think the requirements are set a bit low.. 70 strength MAY be decent at a very low level, and it may be high vs a same level noob victim, but I think it should be set at 80 strength. and 60 mage is alright... but I would recommend 82/85+, or at least 70+ to everyone in the clan.

Yes str requirement should be looked at individually because obviously 80 str is nice on a level 60 pure, but on a level 100 main, its not too nice. However, its the mage requirement im more worried about, you should definitely have an 82+ Mage requirement + DT finished for ice blitz, or at the very least have 85 for entangle/teleblock on normal spells.
